In the 30th minute Victor Okoh Boniface increased the lead for Bayer 04 Leverkusen with an assist by Granit Xhaka.
TSG Hoffenheim's Mergim Berisha made it 2-1 in the 37th minute as he found the net, with an assist by Andrej Kramarić.
It took until the 72nd minute before Florian Wirtz increased the lead.
Victor Okoh Boniface increased the lead in the 75th minute with an assist by Jeremie Frimpong.
TSG Hoffenheim are now in 12th place in the table, while Bayer 04 Leverkusen are fifth in the league.
