In a pulsating Serie A duel, Lazio entertained Milan, sharing the points in a captivating 2-2 draw.

Milan started the match best and took the lead when Strahinja Pavlović netted in the 8th minute, with an assist by Christian Pulišić, making it 1-0.

With 62 minutes on the clock, Lazio's Valentin Castellanos found the net following a Nuno Tavares assist to equalise.

Lazio also made it 2-1 in the 66th minute, when Boulaye Dia found the net, with an assist by Nuno Tavares.

Rafael Leão just six minutes later, with an assist by Tammy Abraham, ensuring Milan equalised to make it 2-2.

On loan, Tammy Abraham's assist on his Milan debut set Rafael Leao up after both players came off the bench for what was their first involvement in attack. 'I thought we had a good first half because we controlled the ball,' Fonseca said.

'The second half was totally different. We allowed Lazio to play because we stopped trying to play ourselves,' he added.

Lazio are now in seventh place, while Milan are in 14th place.
