Showdown Ends in a Draw: Bologna and Empoli Share Spoils!

In a Serie A drama, Bologna and Empoli battled it out in a 1-1 draw, with neither side willing to back down.

Bologna were quickest out of the blocks, and went 1-0 up when Giovanni Fabbian netted in the second minute, with an assist from Sam Beukema.

Empoli quickly equalised to make it 1-1. Emmanuel Gyasi scored in the 3rd minute, with an assist by Giuseppe Pezzella. The second half was goalless and the match ended 1-1.

Bologna are in 18th place after the game, while Empoli are in seventh.
